With over twenty years’ experience and seven years focused in quality residential work in London, we have built up a considerable track-record and a great deal of expertise in the delivery of even the most demanding contracts on time and to exacting standards.

We have wide experience in managing projects across a range of residential and commercial projects. We now focus closely on our core area of expertise – good quality and high-end residential projects across much of west and central London.

Typical contract values range from around £200k to £1.5m. We operate a hands-on approach to our projects with direct involvement in running our construction sites and use experienced foremen and trades to ensure quality of workmanship and reliability.

Each of our two directors has specific background and expertise in these key areas:-

Complex structural ‘cut and carve’ jobs including internal reordering, steelwork and concrete works/piling. This includes shell and core projects together with basements.

Fine internal fit-outs and finishing works including joinery, decoration, stone masonry and building services to high/very high standards.
