This was a complete refurbishment of a fifth floor apartment including internal demolition, mechanical, electrical, furniture fit-out.

“We have just completed a refurbishment of an apartment in the Cromwell Tower, Barbican, where MDH worked within strict building restrictions. Working around the listed structure, the internal configuration was altered and existing fittings and services stripped out. New sanitary ware and a kitchen were installed, as well as other fitted furniture.
