MDH Developments is a well-established and experienced contractor, specialising in high-end residential and commercial construction projects.
Building on experience
Built on the highly complementary experience of our two directors, we effortlessly combine structural expertise with exceptional fine fit-out and finishes.
This means we are able to deliver a variety of projects, from basement to roof, to a very high standard. We have particular expertise in more complex projects involving significant structural remodelling.
We primarily work across West, South West, and Central London on both residential and commercial projects, but we would be pleased to speak to you about any project.

The Company is owned and managed by its directors, Martin Hartigan and Donal Hartigan, who have over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry combining deep structural expertise with exceptional fine fit-out and finishes.
We are committed to customer service and place a high priority on ensuring production targets and quality criteria are maintained. We rigidly enforce a safe working policy as set out in the Health and Safety Statement on all our construction sites through training of staff, safety risk analyses and site safety plans.
Quality Management is operated throughout the company and our procedures ensure the clients’ requirements and specification are maintained at each stage of the construction process. We pro-actively and strenuously pursue continuous improvement in our management of Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental issues.

With over twenty five years’ experience and over ten years focused in quality residential work in London, we have built up a considerable track-record and a great deal of expertise in the delivery of even the most demanding contracts on time and to exacting standards.
We have wide experience in managing projects across a range of residential and commercial projects. We now focus closely on our core area of expertise – good quality, high-end residential and commercial projects across much of west and central London.
We operate a hands-on approach to our projects with direct involvement in running our construction sites and use experienced foremen and trades to ensure quality of workmanship and reliability.
Each of our two directors has specific background and expertise in these key areas:-
Complex structural ‘cut and carve’ jobs including internal reordering, steelwork and concrete works/piling. This includes shell and core projects together with basements.
