Project Description
This project involved the following; Refurbishment and extension of the Basement. New Build Rear Extension to form a Mews House. Ground Floor Commercial Unit Fit-out. Refurbishment of 1st Floor Flat & Communal Areas. Refurbishment of the 2nd Floor Flat & Rooftop, Staircase Enclosure. This project has been has won the South London region vote in the RIBA awards and is now in the running for a RIBA 2021 London Region award.
