Project Description
This was project consisted of the refurbishment of a one-bedroom flat in Shoreditch including internal demolition, mechanical, electrical, furniture fit-out and decoration.

We at Theis + Khan architects have worked with Donal and Martin and their team at MDH on several projects over the past few years. They have included the complete renovation and extension of a large Grade II listed house in East London, the renovation of a large family house in Dulwich and two contemporary fit-outs of London flats in Shoreditch and Shepherds Bush. Our architectural practice is highly design driven and MDH showed a complete understanding of our design vision at the outset of all the projects. They were methodical and meticulously organised in their approach to implementing each project and yet were completely flexible when they needed to be whenever the clients’ brief changed and developed, or we required a change in the scope of work. Donal and Martin were calm, polite and informative in all their dealings with the clients, consultants and neighbours on the projects which enabled the entire team to perform well. The level of skill and workmanship within the MDH team was of the highest standard as was the attention to detail.
